Your first stop will be Dante's View which has the most breathtaking view in the park. Zabriskie Point - with its rock formations that have severely eroded through millions of years is one of the calling cards of Death Valley. If you could imagine the topography of land on another planet, this is it. Artists Drive which consists of many colors just like an artists palette, created by metal oxidation and explosive volcanic times.

Next up is Devil's Golf Course - a large salt pan on the floor of Death Valley that evaporated over 2000 years ago leaving behind rough sharp salt crystals. Your next stop is at Badwater Basin, which is the lowest point in North America at -282 feet below sea level.
